The initial results have been positive but am waiting for a heavy rain that will really test the system. Am counting on the system being the answer to eliminating the inch or two of water in the basement that was typical in the past.
My first thoughts when I saw just one employee from your company were of concern. Cliff Weitz introduced himself and I was immediately impressed at his confidence that he would be able to complete the job alone and quickly. As the CIO of a company which needs me available all of the time I wasn't able to supervise the work. As someone that likes to "roll up his sleeves" whenever there's a project to be done, I felt comfortable with Cliff as if he was someone that I've worked with for years. I was comfortable enough to allow him to do his job without looking over his shoulder or being at the home at all, which I wasn't. As a person that believes that its employees are its most important asset, your company should consider Cliff and Erica among its best. Please forward this onto Jake, or whoever Cliff's manager is. Some of the work done was not quite as per proposal.
We had a VERY wet basement. We called 3 different companies for estimates...I.T.G.came in, explained everything we needed to have done,gave the estimate...VERY professional, VERY down to earth...I.T.G. GOT THE JOB...THE PRICE WAS RIGHT,THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND...NOT ONCE...DID THEY DEMEAN OR TALK ABOUT ANY OTHER COMPANY OR PERSON.
Very impressed with the Company and all the people that I came in contact with. Good prices and excellent workmanship.
i am very pleased with the job that was done. I believe that your company saved my house from further damage. We found problems along the way and i am glad we did. Could have been a dissaster if your company had not found it.

Don't be afraid to use ITG in your home. Our old sump pump made loud on and off sounds constantly that we had heard for over 23yrs. Now, we don't hear anything and the basement is dry for the first time since we've owned the house. YAH!!!
Overall, I am completely satisfied with the first phone call to the job being completed. This is the best company I have ever worked with.
Again, overall pretty good, and the final result should do well for us, but I am not happy with the decorative stone issue and also, there is an extra steel rod hanging out of my basement wall with no anchor, I guess a mistake?

Time will tell if the work done will solve my water problem. Expensive project for me, so I hope it will give me peace of mind and a dry basement.

This is the second job we have had done by ITG, we have another one scheduled, and are contemplating a fourth.
I WILL WAIT TILL IT RAINS AND SEE IF THE JOB IS THE THING I WANTED.....THERE MAY BE SOME QUESTIONS ON CERTAIN AREAS WHERE THE RAIN COMES IN HEAVY AND AM CONCERNED....WE WILL SEE
